Parents of PoCo crash victims forgive accused

VANCOUVER - Geoff Moellers message to the man involved in the horrific motor vehicle accident that killed his two young boys two years ago in Port Coquitlam is one of forgiveness Carton Of Cigarettes Price.

Ryan John Stewart Miller appeared in a Port Coquitlam court Monday on a charge of driving without due care and attention in the November 2008 crash that killed two of Moellers four sons Andrew, 9, and Matthew, 6.

Their mother Maria was driving her minivan in the eastbound HOV lane on the Port Mann freeway with five other family members when smoke started to fill the passenger compartment Marlboro Cigarette Types, causing her to stop in the HOV lane.

I wish you no harm / Even if you believe yourself to have done nothing wrong / That is between you and the courts / You and God.

RCMP Sgt. Peter Thiessen told The Province that its not clear why Miller left the country, adding no further charges have been recommended.

This is one of the most tragic cases that I have ever had to be involved in, Thiessen said in an earlier press statement. No family should ever have to endure this type of tragedy and pain.

Neil MacKenzie, spokesman for the criminal justice branch, said there is no way of knowing whether Miller knew he was facing the charge when he left the country Marlboro Menthol Lights.

His two scheduled court appearances in December 2009 and January 2009 were struck from the court list, said MacKenzie.

That may have happened because Miller was not served with a summons, but MacKenzie said he could not tell that from the information he had.

But, he added, speaking generally, before the court will issue a warrant, the Crown has to show that the person was aware of the appearance date.

I cant tell from [the information available] whether or not the person was necessarily aware of the fact that a charge was outstanding Organic Cigarettes, said MacKenzie.

The maximum penalty for the offence is six months in jail.

If Miller is convicted he must pay a minimum fine of $100 and would receive six points on his driving record. The charge is not a Criminal Code offence.
