A two-way mixed ANOVA, using the repeated factor of time (five levels: 0, 15, 30, 45 and 60 min) and the non-repeated factor of fitness (two levels: F and UF), was performed to analyse the dependent variables of heart rate and RPE. When significant interactions were found, Student's unpaired t test was performed to identify individual differences. Student's unpaired t tests were also used to compare between-groups values for 60 min changes in Tre and , metabolic heat production (Hprod), external workload, , , LSRhead, LSRarm and WBSRss.
